- The application process is entirely online. Follow these steps meticulously to ensure a smooth application process between 26 February and 18 March 2026:
- Visit gov.in and complete your 100% profile registration. Note your Registration Number.
- Go to the NPCIL Careers page at co.in.
- Look for Advt No. RR Site/HRM/Apprentice/01/2026 and click on “Apply Online”.
- Use the Login ID and Password sent to your email/mobile to enter the portal.
- Enter your Name, Category, Date of Birth, and the Apprentice Registration Number from Step 01.
- Fill in your Educational Qualifications (10th & ITI marks) and Personal Details.
- Upload a recent Passport Size Photo and your Signature (ensure they meet the size limits).
- Click on “Preview” to check for errors. Information cannot be changed after submission.
- Final Submission & Print: Review your entire application form. Once satisfied, click on ‘Submit’. Download the final confirmation page and print a hard copy for your records. Do not send this hard copy to the NPCIL office unless explicitly asked to do so in the notification.
